In this blog, we’re taking a deep dive into one of our remodels on Querida Street in Fort Collins, nestled in the quiet West Swallow neighborhood. 

​We wanted to give this home’s future family a large space with LOTS of storage and help them make the most of their space. An open concept approach was absolutely necessary for this Fort Collins remodel design! 

The kitchen remodel

​The kitchen might be our favorite room in the home! It’s where all the delicious food is made and the best conversations are had.

We absolutely loved these incredible floors in this home and wanted to make them POP! Because of these natural beauties, we stayed neutral with the colors in the kitchen. We opted for a grey cabinet with white countertops and backsplash to keep the space timeless.

We really believe the kitchen is the heart of the home and went so far as to even write a different blog about it! Check it out!

The bathroom remodel

​We kept the bathrooms in this home clean and simple. The grey cabinets and white countertops and backsplash are consistent throughout the entire home.

Take a look at this gorgeous grey tile that we used on the soaker tub!  This space has a wonderfully serene feel that’s perfect for the family to relax in.

The living spaces remodel

​The remodel of the living spaces in this home was so much fun! It was important to us to really make these spaces cozy, relaxing, one-of-a-kind, and most importantly, functional. After all, these are the areas we spend time with our friends and family, watching movies, or having a game night!

​Between re-working the custom built-ins featured in the living room next to the original fireplace, creating the perfect home office, and finishing the beautiful backyard deck, we really loved giving this home a makeover! We would love to curl up next to that fireplace on chilly, Colorado nights.
